Terms Of Use

These terms of use define the relationship between the end-user (Player) and the publisher (Hit Lowman Pty Ltd, Hit Lowman) for the service named gr1d.org (gr1d)

1. Hit Lowman owns all data stored on their server(s) and may at any time change or delete any data it owns.
2. Players are responsible for all actions committed through their account.
3. Hit Lowman will take any such actions they see fit to continue to provide a stable and entertaining service for Players, including but not limited to discriminate Player account deletion, disabling, IP blocking, throttling and any other actions
4. Players grant Hit Lowman the right to republish, reuse and create derivative works of any content they upload to the service.
5. Hit Lowman will not sell, donate, transfer or otherwise disseminate personally identifying information of Players to third parties except where the sale or transfer is made as part of the sale of the overall service.
